AREA SIZE: 5.25 Hectares

Crookbridge is a 5.25 hectares greenfield site, situated 1.5 miles south of Stirling City Centre and adjacent to Springkerse Retail Park.

The site fronts both the A905, an arterial route into Stirling from the east, and the A91 Trunk Road, Stirling’s City By-Pass. Class 4 business use must be part of the overall development.

This is a proposed mixed use scheme to include foodstore, retail, leisure, offices and petrol filling station. A recent office demand study evidenced an immediate demand for office space of all sizes in the city.
